Definition

INF : The company that provide LIMSPlus Application.

1. LIMSPlus is the internet service via Mobile Application provide by INF to accommodate user to access the information specified by the user’s company.

2.           User can login to the service with User ID and Password provided by agreement of the user’s company.

3.           Users can change their PIN code by themselves without informing the user’s company. This PIN code will be effective related to all the service and will be confidential and must not be known to any other person.

4.           User can’t add User ID by themselves. They must contact the LIMS administrator of user’s company to create the new User ID.

5.           Any action through LIMSPlus, if done by using the User ID and Password of the user and in accordance with the methods or conditions specified by the user’s company. in any manual or document. To use the service, the user agrees to assume that the action is complete. The user does not have to sign as evidence in any document again. and agrees to be responsible for such acts as if the user had done it themselves, whether it occurred with a third party's fraud or not. Unless the user is not involved in such fraudulent acts. INF is not responsible for any errors, defects or damages which may occur. The user will not use it as evidence to dispute or file a lawsuit against INF in any way whatsoever.

6.           In case the company's communication system or user’s internet service providers or mobile network, electricity system, telecommunications system or any other system related to the LIMSPlus service is malfunction, while under the repair or if the company temporarily shuts down the system for maintenance. As a result, the user is unable to use LIMSPlus. The user agrees not to raise the disruption as a claim for the company's responsibility in any way.

7.           The user consents to the user’s company to have permission to store user’s personal data. For example, name, phone number, email address, etc.

8.           LIMSPlus service needs the internet connection. User may incur additional charges from their Internet Service Provider or Mobile Operator.

9.           If there is an application update of LIMSPlus service, the system may clear the data history on the user’s communication device.
